A new research from Green alliance suggests that 80 percent of Black Friday purchases in the UK end up in landfills, incineration, or at best poor quality recycling.
Business Green reports that, according to the study, household plastics and textiles are landfilled or incinerated, while almost all electronic waste is used as inferior recyclate.
