Extremely sad in terms of civil society and environmental policy: Even the occupation of the Hainburger Au would probably not have prevailed today. For five months, courageous people peacefully occupied construction sites for the planned #cityautobahn in Vienna. They fear for their future because the climate crisis will continue to escalate with more freeways.
