When will the judiciary deal with your own Nazi past?

The current proceedings - security guard and secretary - against very old Nazi perpetrators lead to numerous discussions. There is no question that processing is absolutely essential, but not answered, which is why this only begins with such a time lag. The evil failings of the judiciary in their own ranks could be a key to this! The current question is: how much National Socialism can the CSU take?

This regarding the incomprehensible and concrete (wrong) behavior of the Bavarian State Minister of Justice, Georg Eisenreich, Member of the State Parliament! Since the Bavarian justice system, which is by no means fundamentally bad, has been shaken by too many scandals for years - this of course only depicts the deficits of a minority of their judges and public prosecutors! - repeatedly and more than that of other federal states in massive criticism, this is by no means comprehensible and therefore absolutely counterproductive.

His predecessor in office, the unspeakable Dr. Beate Merk, caused Bamberg to become famous with the scandals surrounding Gustl Mollath and Ulvi Kulac, which caused a stir all over the country.

The colorless Prof. Winfried Bausback, as your successor and predecessor of Eisenreich, did not set any accents and now the long-time Munich local politician is almost immediately following on from Merk's questionable issues.

On November 24, 2019, he was confronted for the first time with an extremely dubious issue, with a consensus and non-journalistic attack being signaled: in Bamberg of all places - after Gustl Mollath and Ulvi Kulac - another, absolutely intolerable scandal - the former head of the public prosecutor's office, Dr. Georg Fick unmoved on the list of notables.

Contrary to expert opinion 1/46 of June 28, 1946, he was not only deputy chairman of the special court, without acting as such, but as evidenced by the - at least so far - without consequences, annulment notice 107 AR 194/98 of the Bamberg public prosecutor's office from September 28, 1998 exposed as a designated Nazi from (by no means an April Fool's joke!) April 01, 1955 to May 31, 1962!

For an unequivocally oriented State Minister of Justice, there is a concrete approach to set striking signs: to allow empty words from the past to be followed by pragmatic action, e.g. Dr. Georg Fick to be deleted, or at least to be marked with a swastika!

Memories from December 17th and 25th, 2019 remained unanswered!

If you consider why the brother of the Nazi lawyer Rieger founded the association of CDU / CSU friends in the 70s and that, although he was already a member of the NPD at the time, this also reveals the dilemma in which Bavaria's Minister of State finds himself Justice is in place!

While in the darkest phase of Germany it was in particular the seekers, silent and followers who favored the horror of the most perverse rulers, similar scenarios are currently emerging, allowing extremists and racists an unspeakable influx and blurring the contours between Nazi successors and established parties in a dangerous way.

Today's Attorney General Wolfgang Gründler reacted to the issue and applied another Nazi relic: Kinship liability, simply deleted the entire list of notables, including 11 former heads of authorities who were not affected by this.

And as if that weren't enough, he added an unpleasant faux pas on top of it, using, similar to the Jewish gravestone addresses in the Kohl donation affair, to whitewash the Holocaust suffering to cover up the misconduct by appointing an anti-Semitism officer in return thus the Sinti and Roma, how to slap other minorities in the face with regard to their suffered and unmentioned atrocities.

So it is high time to finally demand a directional and sustainable positioning, also in order to put a stop to all excesses of the wrong forces in concrete terms.

So also to show how much National Socialism there is in the CSU, or not!
