(New York, May 26, 2020) - Venezuela's health care system is completely unprepared for the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, which further threatens Venezuelan health and threatens to contribute to the regional spread of the disease, Human Rights Watch and John's Centers Hopkins University for public health and human rights as well as for humanitarian health said today.
