Plastic is…everywhere!

Plastic is in almost every product we buy, the clothes we wear and wrapped around the food we eat. The plastic industry tells us we can recycle into a plastic-free world. But that's a fairy tale. Many types of plastic cannot be recycled today.

Plastic is in almost every product we buy, the clothes we wear and wrapped around the food we eat. The plastic industry tells us we can recycle into a plastic-free world. But that's a fairy tale. Many types of plastic cannot be recycled today.

We are using more and more plastic, so even a global recycling system cannot stop the plastic tide. So we have to stop production. This is where the global plastic deal comes in. The future global plastic agreement of the United Nations can pave the way to a plastic-free future.
