Animal rights activists protested in front of the chambers of agriculture in all federal states and the Ministry of Agriculture in Vienna for a ban on full slatted floors in pig farming.
The responsibility of agriculture and its representative organizations must be emphasized: they could change and improve a lot! However, animal welfare initiatives are mostly blocked.
