In the recently discovered pig breeding in Burgenland, not only sows in the crate are suffering, but also the small suckling pigs. In three cases within just a few days, three piglets were brutally slain. Hitting the ground is not a legally compliant stunning or killing method, as the animals can only be seriously injured without losing consciousness. In the videos, the piglets continue kicking for a long time.
The VGT has filed a criminal complaint.
