Livestream: "40 years of Greenpeace - What you always wanted to know about us" on Tuesday, October 13.10.2020th, 19.00 at 20.00:XNUMX pm - XNUMX:XNUMX pm. We look forward to your questions!

Greenpeace started a spectacular campaign in Germany in October 1980.
It shouldn't stop there. Intervene and stand in the way of injustices: That is what Greenpeace has distinguished from the beginning. And in the last 40 years we have achieved a lot: the end of commercial whaling, the ban on dumping radioactive and toxic waste in the oceans, the “Antarctic World Park”, as well as our strong involvement in the Paris climate protection agreement and the phase-out of nuclear power.

None of this would have been possible without our supporters and sponsors.
For the 40th anniversary we would like to give you an insight into our work: How did the first campaign come about on October 13, 1980? What does a campaign look like? How do we want to shape the next 40 years together?

Live there are: Martin Kaiser (Managing Director of Greenpeace Germany), Simone Knorr (Volunteer Coordinator), Lisa Göldner (Climate Expert) and Thomas Henningsen (Press Officer).

What have you always wanted to know from Greenpeace? During the stream you can ask us questions in the live chat!
