AMALUNGISELELO:
Geza bese unquma amazambane. Hlanganisa imbewu ye-sesame, i-turmeric, i-rapeseed oil, i-paprika, i-garlic, usawoti kanye ne-cayenne pepper kahle esitsheni, hlanganisa kahle namazambane. Hlukanisa amazambane abe izingxenye ezintathu ezilinganayo bese usonga ku-aluminium foil. I-grill kwi-20 ye-grill kumaminithi we-30, ngena phakathi. Esikhundleni sokuba sethangeni, amazambane angabuye abhakwe ngaphandle kwe-foil 20 kuya kumaminithi we-30 kuhhavini osashisayo we-200.
