80 g mtedza wa cashew, woviikidwa usiku wonse
200 ml ya madzi
200 ml chakumwa cha zitsamba
5 g yisiti yabwino
250 g sipinachi
Mchere ndi tsabola kulawa
300 g macaroni
yisiti wolemekezeka
KUKONZEKERA:
Preheat uvuni ku madigiri 180. Peel anyezi ndi kudula mu mphete zabwino. Peel ndi finely kuwaza adyo komanso. Peel ndi kudula karoti. Mu saucepan, tenthetsa mafuta a azitona ndikuwotcha mphete za anyezi, adyo, Bay leaf ndi karoti. Tsukani sipinachi bwinobwino. Ikani mtedza wa cashew, madzi, mkaka, yisiti ndi sipinachi mumphika, bweretsani kwa chithupsa ndi simmer pamlingo wochepa kwa mphindi 10. Nyengo ndi mchere ndi tsabola, sakanizani bwino mumtsuko wa blender ndikubwerera ku poto. Pakalipano, kuphika maccheroni m'madzi amchere mpaka al dente, kukhetsa bwino, kusakaniza ndi msuzi ndi kutumikira mu mbale ya gratin Fukani yisiti pamwamba ndi gratinate mu uvuni kwa mphindi 7.
