?Today the shareholders of the Finnish state-owned company Fortum will hold their annual general meeting in Helsinki.

While Fortum will present itself as a “green company”, the group has a dirty secret: its future subsidiary, the German energy giant Uniper, is threatening to sue the Netherlands for withdrawing from coal production.
