Who has not washed with any cheap anti-fat shampoo that smells like a strawberry-vanilla-plastic Doctor Oethker baking mix?
An alternative to the plastic packaged shampoos, which also contains microplastic: rye flour!
The mushy flour powder of water and 3-4 EL rye flour is mixed in a small bowl and spread in the wet hair. After a short feeding you look like a worm that has just hatched fresh from the earth, but the hair after washing look healthy and fresh as from the Schwarzkopf advertising!
But if that's too much adventure, you can also visit various organic stores or "Lush"Shops and sometimes supermarkets just come in Piece of shampoo soap to buy. Do not forget to ask what ingredients are in the soap!
