More Info:
You can see the live photo show for the first time for free in your own four walls. The show was recently recorded in the beautiful Ravensburg concert hall. The video premiere will be shown for 3 days. During the premiere you can chat live with Markus Mauthe and ask questions.
The environmental activist is usually on a lecture tour with Greenpeace, filling the halls throughout Germany. This is currently not possible due to the current situation.
The project:
For 30 years, nature photographer Markus Mauthe has been traveling to remote areas far from well-known travel routes. For his project in cooperation with the environmental protection organization Greenpeace, he started looking for people who, outside of our modern world, still live as close as possible to the roots of their indigenous cultures. The result of these expeditions is the unique multimedia live show, which shows an exciting section of the cultural and ecological diversity of our planet.
The exceptional photographer spent three years on four continents for his current project. Mauthe's pictures show the traditions and customs of indigenous communities that are at home in tropical forests, in the savannah, on the ocean and in the Arctic Circle.
