Use of animals (chickens, sheep and pigs) in orchards to build up humus, less use of machines. Cultivation, processing and marketing under one roof. Processing mainly of inferior optical quality to reduce food waste with (almost) pesticide-free agriculture. If biochar is used in the barn, it then ends up directly on the field in the form of manure compost and remains there as a nutrient carrier in the soil.
Switching to e-mobility is imminent. Almost no use of plastic packaging in the manufactory (e.g. soup in a glass). Always buy products locally if possible. Third-party products in the farm shop are marked with the distance in km from the shop.
