A sensible, fact-based approach to humans and nature (11 / 22)

The term system "reboot" has something disturbing for me, because it implies an almost impossible scenario. For dealing with our natural resources, a "reboot" sounds tempting. Nevertheless, we know that this will quickly reach the limits of the politically and economically feasible. Although many claim the opposite, the factual data tells us that so few people have ever lived in absolute poverty as they do today. Our own standard of living has reached unprecedented heights. In my opinion, it does not need a system restart. Reasonable, fact-based treatment of humans and nature would be enough for us to meet a good global future.
