Dolores Huerta is an activist and union leader who co-founded the Agricultural Workers Association in 1960, which later became United Farm Workers. Dolores has worked to improve the social and economic conditions for agricultural workers and to combat discrimination. To this day, it continues its efforts to improve the lives of workers, immigrants and women.
