🌹 February 7th is Rose Day!
🌍 A large part of the roses sold in this country come from equatorial countries in Africa, for example from Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. Working conditions on flower farms are often precarious. But now 65 FAIRTRADE flower farms in the region are making a big difference for more than 68.000 employees.
🏵️ Pay attention to the FAIRTRADE seal when buying flowers. That's not difficult, because in this country more than a third of the roses are from fair trade!
📢 Pay attention to FAIRTRADE products, especially in February, because we are making February a FAIRbruary!
