An easy-care, modern garden can be found today in front of most houses. Understandably, lawn mowing and weeding are not among the favorite pastimes of many people, but the hype around the stone garden is a major problem for the survival of the vital bees.

5 tips to help the bees:

3. Herbs: People without a garden can grow mint, sage, chives, thyme, oregano, lavender or lemon balm in the balcony box or even in the bed because they serve as food for the bees and many of them bloom for a long time. 
4. Insecticides / pesticides are taboo! Instead you can look for alternatives like Brenesseljauche.  
5. Buy organic food: These foods are usually not treated with pesticides and also not sprayed. Organic honey is one of them, because there is also mass beekeeping!
