INDUSTRY HAS ITS OWN LIMITS DETERMINED
I grew up believing that really dangerous things are forbidden here in over-regulated Germany, such as driving too fast, taking drugs, etc.
But the more I deal with the topic of environmental pollution in general, and with mobile phone radiation in particular, the more this belief is shaken.
The use of glyphosate (although it has been proven to be harmful) will continue to be permitted, and the turnaround in traffic and air pollution control will only progress very slowly. Likewise, the expansion of mobile communications, although more and more scientists and doctors are warning of its emissions, is being ruthlessly pushed ahead, currently also with the new 5G standard. [1]
The suspicion arises that the interests of financially strong industrial groups count more than the health and well-being of people... [2]
How are cell phone limits set?
You only have to look at how limit values, which are actually intended to protect the population, are set here:
An "artificial" head is irradiated with high frequency for 30 minutes in order to determine from which transmission power a thermal effect, i.e. heating, can be measured. As long as the warming stays below 1° Celsius here, everything is fine for the industry and the legislator - it's a bit like measuring radioactivity with just a thermometer - scientific madness! [3]
The SAR value of mobile devices (specific absorption rate) is also determined in this way, measuring how much thermal energy an adult absorbs when using them. – Here the device manufacturers are very creative in terms of the measurement methods so that their products perform as well as possible… [4]
And this madness goes even further, it is firmly claimed that the energy of this - non-ionizing - radiation is not sufficient to rip electrons out of your molecular structure, however, the latest investigations using Fourier analysis have shown that this is due to the digital pulsing of the signal "Harmonic waves" occur on the pulse flanks, which are very much in the frequency range of ionizing radiation. Not to mention the magnetic part of the radiation, which induces currents in the body (generator principle)....[5]
Incidentally, we owe the introduction of the limit values based only on the heat effect to Angela Merkel, then Environment Minister under Helmut Kohl. However, this principle was also maintained by the red-green government under Gerhard Schröder. Environment Minister Jürgen Trittin (B90/Greens) actively ignored all inquiries on this subject...[6]
Who sets these limits? – an industry-related association!
A private association whose members all come from the telecommunications industry, it calls itself the "International Commission On Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection" (ICNIRP) [7].
This association, which has been active since 1992, pretends to be an independent international body of experts with ties to the World Health Organization (WHO). In reality, it is a - very successful - lobby organization for the telecommunications industry, whose status is equivalent to a football club or a traditional costume club, but with the difference that anyone who wants to get involved in the club's purpose can join a "normal" club. The ICNIRP, on the other hand, appoints its own members.[8]
This association only makes “recommendations” as far as the permissible limit values for mobile phone radiation are concerned. In doing so, he escapes any further responsibility. However, the "responsible persons" in the national governments and the responsible authorities adopt exactly these specifications. describe this as the "state of scientific research" and thus also push off any further responsibility - this is how a system of coordinated irresponsibility came into being... [9]
Interestingly, here in Germany there is a close spatial and personal link with the Federal Office for Radiation Protection (BfS) in Munich, see graphic above! This association has excellent international connections with industry, governments, authorities and international organizations. [10]
Imagine a committee of experts, all of whom come from the automotive and mineral oil industries, defining limit values for air pollution control, such as for nitrogen oxide or fine dust...
Even a new version of the guidelines issued by ICNIRP in 2020 did not bring any improvement to the situation, only the limit values of the current situation (significant increase in the number of radio applications on several frequencies) were adjusted, which is equivalent to a factual increase [11].

However, these values are only theoretical, since the whole thing cannot simply be added up - in practice, the limit was 10 W/m²
New limits
for the entire spectrum from 100 KHz – 300 GHz:

Up to 200 W/m² for commercial areas, health effects can only be proven from 200 W/m² - 400 W/m²...

For comparison, the values that are considered to be compatible according to the standard of building biology measurement technology (SBM 2015) [12] or when they are considered incompatible:

Building biology measures in microwatts per square meter (μW/m²), the limit values are officially given in watts per square meter (1 W/m² = 1.000.000 μW/m²)......
or: 10,0W/m² = 10.000.000μW/m²
instrumentalization of the administration
Even the administration, which is in close contact with the "citizens", is used by industry lobbyists to enforce these limit values. An apt analysis of the function that the federal offices, which are actually responsible for protecting the population, actually take on:
Conclusion
At best, the limits in their current form protect the profit interests of the mobile communications industry.
The protection of people and nature remains outside. The precautionary principle is also ignored.
Wiediagnose:funk so beautifully says: "If the speed limits were raised nationwide to 400 km/h, there would be no more problems with speeding..."
And the entanglement between industry, politics, authorities and (bought) science can actually only be described as mafia-like. Even if one does not want to speak of organized crime, one must at least describe these conditions as organized irresponsibility!

Norwegian researchers uncover gross scientific errors in ICNIRP
Two Norwegian researchers (Else K. Nordhagen and Einar Flydal) reviewed the literature referenced in the 2020 ICNIRP Guidelines to assess whether the diversity of authors and research groups behind it meets the fundamental requirement, a broad scientific to form a basis and thus correspond to the current state of scientific knowledge.
Their analysis shows that all referenced supporting literature comes from a network of local co-authors, some of whom are themselves authors of the ICNIRP Guidelines2020.
This shows that the ICNIRP does not meet basic scientific quality requirements and has disqualified itself as a council of experts.
The HF-EMF exposure limit values created by ICNIRP to protect human health contradict most research results with their one-sided, purely thermal view and are therefore irresponsibly high.

The SAR values are rather confusing in their definition:
SAR = Specific Absprptions Rate - A mobile phone emits radiation, it absorbs none!
This is a measuring method in which one tries to determine how much radiation the user absorbs per kg of body weight.

In this case, it's not about "competing" standards, with one manufacturer perhaps enforcing its standards over other manufacturers. It's about an entire industry imposing ITS "desired values" on the population. It is also significant here that the German state itself acts as an entrepreneur (telecom owner) and has also made a lot of money from frequency auctions. That's why we work together with industry here and the health of people and nature falls by the wayside.
At best, the current limit values protect the interests of the operators, you have to make a lot of effort to achieve them. And those affected, just yesterday we heard from a relative who lives near a transmitter and suffers from massive panic attacks, therefore have no legal recourse, since the exposure is below the limit values. The jurisprudence in this country refers to it again and again. The already far below z.Tl. Serious effects are proven, we studiously ignored ...
