(Goma, October 20, 2020) - The Congolese authorities have not arrested a rebel commander who was wanted for several crimes under a June 2019 arrest warrant, despite the fact that his armed forces continue to make summary murders, rape and sexual slavery, extortion and forced recruitment of children have performed.
