Unfortunately, Swiss companies do not always adhere to the same standards in their activities abroad as they do at home. In the voting campaign for the corporate responsibility initiative, Federal Councilor Karin Keller-Sutter promised an internationally coordinated corporate responsibility law. The EU Commission presented such a law at the beginning of the year. Now the Federal Council and Parliament must keep their promise and hold Swiss corporations accountable.
