In Lucias Laden you buy organic, regional and fair food from farmers in the region (Vienna and neighboring federal states). There are fruits & vegetables, meat & fish, dairy products, bread, cereals, tofu and much more.
The products are pre-ordered by the customers comfortably in the webshop and then personally in the prepared Kistl directly in Lucias Laden picked up.
Why?
By pre-ordering in the webshop no food must be thrown away. The farmers produce and deliver only what has been ordered. The products come fresh from Vienna and the surrounding area. The delivery routes are short, the packaging minimal and the environment is spared. It supports independent producers who guarantee a considerate approach to the earth.
When?
Weekly pre-order in the webshop until Tuesday 12: 00 clock.
The order can then be picked up on Friday from 10: 00-19: 00 PM and Saturday 10: 00-12: 00 PM.

Who does it?
Lucia Schwerwacher is the founder of Lucias Laden, She has repeatedly worked on organic farms and in community projects. Sabine Keuschnigg has been a business partner of Lucias Laden, She is active in foodsharing, an initiative against food waste.
The idea too Lucias Laden was created because Lucia Schwerwacher has lacked a good and likeable organic store in the district. She did not just want to shop but also have a competent contact person who also has a connection to the products. Sabine Keuschnigg was a regular customer from the very beginning and since she was so convinced of the concept, she finally got involved as a business partner.
