From old to #ecological - that is the Quartier Vauban in Freiburg. The former barracks area has developed over time through a #Bürger:innen-Initiative into an almost #car-free district with short distances, in which #sustainability and #self-government are very important. Whether innovative #drainage systems or passive and #plus energy houses: there is inspiration on every corner. The WWF finds: a great example that encourages imitation!
The "good life for everyone" is a term that makes us think of a #socially just and #livable #future in harmony with nature. There are already inspiring examples in the here and now that show what #positiveTransformation can look like and how successful it can be.
The WWF has been looking for such projects all over Germany to create positive #visions in our heads. We want to #inspire, encourage #imitation and offer the #alternatives to "keep it up" a stage. Together with the respective people on site, the video series "Today already tomorrow - pictures of a green future" was created.
