The Cost Of Living tells the story of volunteers at food banks and community centers in the Rother Valley, England. More and more people, feeling neglected and left behind by the government and facing huge energy bills, are relying on their community to help them put food on their table and provide a warm sanctuary. Food banks, social cafes and community centers are being stretched to the limit with the approaching winter. As Rother Valley women struggle to keep their communities afloat, government inaction stands in stark contrast.
