Teatime vegan with delicious "cocoa rolls"

These cookies are quick to make and sure to succeed. With just a few ingredients, you can get delicious vegan snacks with coffee or tea time.

The ingredients:

  • 350 g flour
  • 150 g (organic) cane sugar
  • 50 g (fairtrade) cocoa
  • 250 g margarine / vegetable butter

In just XNUMX steps:

Mix the flour, sugar and cocoa well, then knead with the soft margarine to form a piece of dough (preferably with your hands). Divide the dough into two pieces and form a roll about 5 cm in diameter. Wrap in cling film and let rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Cut the cold dough into slices about 1 cm thick. Place the slices on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° Celsius, top / bottom heat, for 9-10 minutes.

Do not move the biscuits until they have cooled so that they do not break. The best thing to do is to carefully pull them together with the baking paper onto a cooling rack. If you want, you can use it after cooling vegan couverture decorate.

For me, the good pieces are a bit bigger. That's why I call them “buns”. In any case, they tasted good. 🙂
