Today we were at the UNCITRAL negotiations and raised the mood against the ISDS parallel justice!
During the negotiations taking place this week in UN City, the deeply unjust ISDS parallel justice system is to be "reformed" and codified. But with ISDS, only corporations can sue states if they see their profits threatened. There is nothing to reform, something like that should be abolished.
