Conventional detergents often contain many substances which harm the environment, for example chemical brighteners or ethoxylated Surfactants. Eco detergent however, based on vegetable sources. They contain no optical brighteners, dyes, foam enhancers or phosphates and are thus usually very skin-friendly and often the better alternative for allergy sufferers. On the washing power, the biological composition of the eco-detergent usually has little to no effect. You can get eco detergents either in the supermarket or in the drugstore.
