Bath University engineer Nav Sawhney made a washing machine for less than $ 30 after figuring out how much time and effort women and girls spent washing clothes. In cooperation with Oxfam in Iraq, washing machines are used by people who have had to flee their homes due to conflict and who are now living in camps. Nav hopes that the washing machine can be made by people who live in the camps for others in the camps.
