Australians Andrew Turton and Pete Ceglinski have developed a bucket that floats just below the surface of the water and draws waste from the water by suction. The garbage is collected in the bucket in a net, while the water can drain through the net again. An oil filter is also integrated in the system. The Seabin Project could be funded by crowdfunding.
