Of course, for me option is much more than a magazine or a website. Option is a development process right from the beginning - for me personally, and hopefully for you! Step by step it was all about developing the print magazine, improving it, and so I'm really halfway satisfied with 2018 / 2019. (I have to remark briefly here that I actually do almost everything myself: graphics, layout, marketing, web development, etc. Otherwise nothing of my activities would have been financially feasible.)
And of course Option is also a jump into the cold water. But heck, logs belong to it. (Of course this is also a luxury again.) 2018 I had accumulated about the work with the previous website, sufficient know-how to deal with web development (and cloud solutions, etc.) closer. And I've found that in the meantime, great resources and capabilities can be created with very little resources that only large corporations could afford ten years ago.
So I went one step further - with the option and also in my development - and developed the existing website from option to a social media platform. Now that interest has developed, the idea for the next step emerged: a global social media platform on sustainability and civil society that can be read globally in all languages. Global impulses! Independent and without primary economic interest! Really, that has something. And I do not just say that because I do that.
