LAAX Visions - green style
Flims Laax Falera aims to become the world's first self-sustaining alpine destination through economically viable initiatives. This vision includes the Flims Laax Falera region as well as the municipalities of Trin and Sagogn. It means nothing less than that the entire energy requirements of the destination can be covered by 100% renewable energy produced in the region.
Sustainability does not always have to be associated with the dusty eco-term. A sustainable ski area in Switzerland does just that: with the "Greenstyle" initiative of White arena group.
The goal: from the beautiful place Flims Laax Falera the world's first self-sufficient alpine destination is to be made. This means that the entire energy requirement can be covered by regionally produced, 100% renewable energies. They achieve this through the "7-point plan".
