Again the fossil industry strikes with the climate killer energy charter contract! A British fracking company has sued Slovenia using the climate killer treaty.
The Slovenian government had requested an environmental impact assessment for a fracking project near groundwater sources.
97 percent of the lawsuits on the basis of this climate killer treaty come from fossil energy companies who want to force governments to put their profits above environmental and climate protection.
