Energy production and consumption have historically had the most negative impacts on black, brown, indigenous and low-income communities, forcing them to shoulder the brunt of pollution, dangerous policies and the effects of climate change. Moving to a clean energy economy is critical not only to tackling the climate crisis, but also to tackling systemic racism. The good news is that it is possible. Today Shalanda Baker will talk to her about her amazing book Revolutionary Power, how energy is related to justice, and how we can make the clean energy revolution a reality.
