Climate protection is a human right! This is what the Berlin Administrative Court found during the negotiations on the climate suit. Three farming families who are already affected by the climate crisis in Germany sued the federal government together with Greenpeace in 2019. Roda Verheyen is a lawyer and has worked closely with Greenpeace for a long time. In 2019, she legally represented the affected families together with Greenpeace in Berlin. In this podcast, Roda Verheyen talks about her current work on constitutional complaints, sheds light on the climate crisis again from a legal perspective and shows that the pace urgently needs to increase in order not to leave a world in chaos.
