This webinar brings together leading activists and human rights experts to discuss the racism, discrimination and injustice faced by Papuan people and to compare the similarities to those experienced by First Nations peoples in Australia and Aotearoa, New Zealand to have.

The panel discussion and question and answer session, hosted in partnership with Amnesty International Indonesia and Amnesty International Aotearoa New Zealand, provides an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of human rights abuses in Papua. We will also discuss what the governments of Australia and Aotearoa's New Zealand and the public can do to put pressure on the Indonesian government to address the issues in Papua and protect human rights.
