Stop exploitation in the fashion industry!

Exploitation does not suit us!

For years, fashion companies have promised to fight hunger sons in garment production. But still, the people who make our clothes do not receive wages that come to life.

The campaign "Exploitation does not suit me!" Puts pressure on the fashion brands:

  • With a wave of inquiries to the customer services of eight fashion companies, thousands of people are finally demanding concrete steps against exploitation: www.passt-mir-nicht.ch
  • With a company check we show where 45 big fashion brands stand today and what they need to change to take their responsibility: www.publiceye.ch/firmencheck2019
  • With crowd research, we collect data on the many small ethical brands and create more transparency: www.publiceye.ch/crowdresearch

  1. Great! You can use the link to send a request to the textile giants. I took part - and now I received this information from Public Eye:

Somehow funny, but actually rather sad, is the (French) answer from H&M: H&M also wants to campaign for living wages - this goal should be achieved by the end of 2018 (!) ... That it is already 2019 and hardly anything has changed, seems to have escaped customer service while copying the default answer. ?

Almost immediately Zalando and Strellson answered. They emphasize that human and labor rights are important to them and that they care about people and nature. But on the crucial question of how and when they want to achieve this, they remain very, very vague.

To be honest, we find these answers weak. That's why we keep pushing.
We suggest the following division of labor:
We check with the companies again ??. We have already done that.
