The Federal Constitutional Court obliges Germany to do more climate protection. This is a victory for the younger generation. For the first time, the Basic Law is being interpreted in a generation-appropriate manner. People have a basic right to the future. The verdict means: the federal government has to come up with a coherent plan for reducing Germany's emissions much faster.
