Who are the people behind the posters? Who made the fanciest poster? Which statements can you remember later?
In addition to the sea of posters, it was also interesting to see what people were demonstrating on that day. It was noticeable that half of the protesters consisted of the “baby boomer generation” who had gone through a long, protest-free hibernation and were now fit and strik-happy on the lawn of the Königsplatz. The other half apparently consisted of teenagers who looked with their second-hand retro clothes like the young doppelgangers of the baby boomers.
Despite the crowds, the atmosphere at the demonstration was refreshing - smiling faces, good humor and serenity. An incredibly peaceful demonstration that you could leave with a very positive feeling.
