Berkshire based indie outfit 'Rila's Edge' won over fans with its anthemic stadium indie rock. Through thousands of hours of rehearsing and songwriting, they have nurtured a nostalgic sound reminiscent of rock bands from the early 2000s but seen through a modern pop lens. Her tracks are characterized by driving, distinctive vocals with comparisons to early U2, Foals and The Killers.
From now until Christmas, the OXJAM team will release an exclusive set from a number of exciting emerging artists every day, giving them the opportunity and platform to shine. Each set is presented by Shaun Keaveny (BBC Radio 6 Music).
